OEM Order
Customised design order is accepted and can be created by following a few simply processes. Bring your ideas, and we will deal with the rest. It’s that easy to work with us!
HOW WE WORK
1. Project Overview
Send your idea with a tech pack or sample to us. We will advise on the possible materials and workable solutions. We can quote a counter price based on the provided information for your best decision.
2. styling Prototype
The prototype in one size for styling checking will be applied. A sampling charge is required, which is refunded to the final order.
3. Design confirmed
With the confirmed prototype and detailed treatment, we will issue the size chart and final quotation. Once it's agreed, we will enter the formal order process and provide PI for deposit to launch the order.
4. Pre-production Sample
Pre-production samples with full sizes are created for final approval and will be kept as the standard of bulk production. The design of the packaging will be settled as well.
5. Bulk Production
The quality control will be applied throughout the whole production process. Goods will be examined carefully before packing, and only the qualified goods will be allowed to ship.
6. Customs & Delivery
Flexible shipping solutions are provided for comparison. We are also happy to assist with customs clearance.
